1. Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Jean Devillier Paris. If you are not satisfied for any reason, you may return the item(s) within 15 days of receiving your order for a full refund, exchange, or store credit.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Please include a copy of your receipt or proof of purchase with the returned item(s).

2. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 1-3 business days.

3. Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item, please contact us at jeandevillierperfumes@gmail.com to initiate the exchange process. You will be responsible for any additional shipping costs associated with the exchange.

You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are shipping an item over $100, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
